Center for Civic Partnerships
The Center for Civic Partnerships has a proven track record of providing intensive technical assistance and consultation services (including one-on-one consultation, site visits and group facilitation) to nonprofits and community organizations, both within and outside of California. The Center provides a variety of consultation services to help groups develop, implement and sustain community improvements. The website contains tips and tools on a variety of topics, a searchable database of funding sources and a calendar of conferences and trainings.

Community Toolbox
The Community Toolbox provides over 6,000 pages of practical skill-building information on over 250 different community improvement topics. Topic sections include step-by-step instruction, examples, check-lists, and related resources.

Free Management Library
The goal of the Free Management Library is to provide leaders and managers (especially those with very limited resources) basic and practical information about personal, professional and organizational development. While the formatting is not great, there is a lot of information to be found on the site.
