Three Publications Demonstrate
Expanded CHCC Program Accomplishments
These three publications focus on 20 California
Healthy Cities and Communities that participated in a five-year expansion
project. The goal of the expansion project, funded by The California
Endowment, was to enhance the capacity of recognized and emerging

communities completed a one-year planning effort and two years of
program implementation.
