CMSP/TCE Wellness and Prevention Program Technical Support
The
Center for Civic Partnerships provides technical support to the
34 rural counties participating
in the Wellness and Prevention Program (W&PP). The
counties are engaged in a wide range of collaborative prevention activities
including health education, case mangement, injury prevention, outreach and
preventive
health services.
